Who We Are

Engage Travel is the leisure travel brand of Engage Creative Events LLC — a curated, advisor-led experience built for clients who want more than a vacation. We serve travelers seeking connection, discovery, and journeys that leave a lasting impression.

Engage Travel sits at the heart of the Engage ecosystem, working alongside Engage Business Events and Engage Host Agency to create seamless travel experiences across every context — from the executive unwinding after a corporate summit to the family celebrating a milestone on the other side of the world.

The People Behind the Mission

Engage Travel was born from a shared vision between three co-founders who believed the travel industry was ready for something fundamentally different.

Javier Valdez had spent years building Myght Travel Network into a mission-driven host agency — proving that responsible, regenerative travel could be both a business model and a force for community impact. Travis and Keith had been building their own path in the travel and hospitality space, developing a deep conviction that luxury and purpose didn't have to be in conflict.

When the three came together, the conversation was less about joining forces and more about recognizing that they had been building toward the same thing all along. Myght's advisor network, Travis and Keith's industry relationships, and a shared belief in travel as a tool for good became the foundation of something larger than any of them had built separately — the Engage ecosystem.

Engage Travel is the leisure expression of that vision: a brand where every itinerary is built with intention, every advisor is empowered to do their best work, and every journey contributes to something greater than the trip itself.
